  • My neighbor upstairs has 3 kids aand 2 adults. I have gone to management many times to ask them to send a notice about being too loud. The jumping around is so loud it vibrates my windows,I have gone up to talk to the lady and ask her to keep it down a bit. I saw one of the children riding a scooter in the apartment and another jumping off furniture,I told the management about this but they told me it's "part of apartment living" In the lease it states I'm allowed my peace and quiet. 2 days later I got a notice saying I'm not allowed to "pound excessively" on the neighbors door.What can I do?
  • I work for a private Fiducairy Company in AZ. I have a client who is in a year lease at an apartment complex. He ended up in the hospital three weeks ago and his physicians are stating he cannot return home and must be placed in nursing care facility. The Apartment complex is stating he must pay next months rent and a $700.00 fee to break the lease. Are there any provisions or statutes in the Landlord Tenant Act that would help my client. He is on a fixed income and lives on his monthly VA benefits and Social Security. He does not have extra resources to pay for rent at the apartment and pay for a nursing facility too.

  • The gas is in my landlord's name because it covers the whole building, and he is supposed to give us a monthly statement so we can pay our share. We have been here since January.   • I am a double lung transplant recipient and even though my doctor says that I cannot return to work, CIGNA looked at my hospital records and a panel cancelled my waiver for my Life Insurance premiums from my employer benefits. Can they do this? My life expectancy is short, about 5 years on average. My wife and I are on disability and they want a quarter of the premium to appeal their decisions. We are debt free don't want to acquire more debt to fight this. Can someone help?
