I purchased a couch that we picked up and the box had damage to it which was noted on the invoice. 130 miles round trip. Couch weights 211 pounds. Couch is defective. We wanted them to pick up the couch and bring one that works properly. She said that she will not deliver to Arizona. So either we would like our money back and they come pick up their couch or they bring us the new couch and pick up the defective item how do we stand legally to get them to do this?

Can he do that? can i file a protection order to help me "buy time"? can i be the first to contact the court so that i am able to stipulate the custody and parenting time terms?

I am applying for Cash assistance as I am having some financial trouble. I know that normally the Child support division goes after the other parent to pay back the CA payments, but the other parent is on SSI, which I know by Arizona law, she cannot be gone after for child support. How will this work in this case? Will she be gone after to pay back the CA payments even though she is on SSI?
