  • I have a questions, please help, thank you! 1.) we marriage on 2/14-2010 & my husband wanted to divorce because he already had a "new wife". Anyway, he said he need my social security number to file the divorce! I wondered is that required by the Law of Arizona?
  • So im getting married to a military man who is stationed in Sudan at the moment i have a 3year old daughter with a guy whom is on the birth cert. But has spent mosy of her life in prison and when he was out never helped with any of the financials for her and only saw her 3 times in 5Months. Im moving but would it be easier to get a judges approval for this move or try for sole legal custody?

Roommate said she was moving out multiple times but never did when deadline came. Roommate agreed to a lease amendment and move out in 30days but never signed. Instead roommate got an order of protection and had me & my son removed from home. eviction occurred. Paid writ of restitution and geot new lease. While barred from premise roommate stole $20 of property $3k of which was 3rd party’s. Is the 3rd party property theft criminal or civil?
