  • I signed a lease renewal in May 2019 that states (One year term), but the end date is incorrect, ending six months (November 30th) from the renewal date. My landlord is telling me that I have to renew again and pay associated fees to do so. Is my original renewal good for one year, or six months based on Arizona State law?
  • We've been renting our house for 5 years and our AC/Heat bills have always been high. We just found out that the garage that our landlord converted into a bedroom has no insulation.   • Relative on parole & will not listen. He is not forthcoming with details but was stopped in Mohave county & now has a criminal case in their court system. He lives in Yavapai County. He never showed for court and has failed to pay fines for a different case from 2 months ago. He is saying he is going to flee to another state. When he flees & WHEN he is caught - what kind of additional time is he looking at for purposely leaving the state to avoid going back to prison. The last entry in the Mohave court system is 8/17/15. Today is 9/1 - How long does will it take for a new warrant to be issued?
  • ive received court papers for an eviction. i own the MH but rent the lot. i am a disabled combat veteran. i heard there is a law stating that as a veteran i would be given 90days before i could actually be evicted from my home. is this true? And are is there any other laws refering to veterans and evictions that would be helpful to me? Thank You
