  • Asking landlord for contract since Aug 16,2 Aug 16, had flood, he remove carpet promised to fix everything. My wife and 4 kids play in the cement for 5 ½ mths.Water from broom through wall damage our belonging in the garage.-Gar. Disposal, Microwave, and toilets not fixed.Withheld Dec rent, pay after he promised to fix the problems. He did not.Withheld Jan rent, pay after he threatened me by text that he will evict us.18 Jan 17, he left court papers on door w/a court day 24 Jan 17 to evict w/i 5 days.The tenants in the other flooded apartment are Anglo and their apartment was fixed w/i 2-weeks
  • I recently went through a child custody hearing. In the judges ruling, he claimed that I was convicted of Domestic Violence and that I was abusing te legal system by reporting Domestic violence by my ex. I have never been charged but my ex has been 12 times with 5 convictions and 5 other charges dismissed as part of plea agreements. Do I have any recourse against the judge?
  • I am new to Arizona so I am not aware, but I move here in August listed in my lease it says my rent in $874.00 the amount for taxes is not listed however I am charged taxes. Also my lease says if I am late on my rent after the 2nd there is a late fee of $50 and thereafter it will be $10. After the 5th day I received a 5 day notice on my door in which they charged me $25 for putting a 5 day notice on my door and they taxed the $25. That amount is not in my lease. Is this legal? shouldn't both the tax amt and the 5 day notice fee be listed in my lease?

I never missed a payment and could not afford to pay the impound cost when i returned home from deployment and Navy Federal credit Union would do nothing to help me get my vehicle back. That was back in 2009 i believe, and Navy Federal Credit Union has been trying to collect the remaining $7000 on the loan from me which i do not have and have never had. i do not even have a job right now. What can be done about this? i feel cheated!
