  • can i be fired from a job because of a domestic violence conviction. even though its been set aside?
  • After I moved from my rental property, my landlord claimed there was damage to the property that needed repair and kept half my security deposit. Now he says the repairs cost more and I have to pay him back to additional cost. Can he do that after half the deposit has already been returned?
  • I was recently laid off work as a biomedical technican, allegedly for "reduction in force" needs. I suspect that my selection for dismissal was primarily based on my age (44yo), as a recently highed 22yo female technician was retained despite having almost no experience and still being trained.   • Is it the responsibility of the Property Management company or the tenet to bring a building up to code if the building was leased already not in code? My property management company rented me a commercial facility that was no where near up to code, five years ago. The company is now trying to force me to bring the building up to code(needs electrical, new roof, etc.) none of that was up to code when I rented it. It’s been five years of the building not being up to code, now that I’m in my last 4 months of my lease they’re pulling this. Just need advice.
  • What are the laws on if a parent moves out of state but has joint custody
  • The mother of my daughter lives with an abusive boyfriend and his 5 children. I currently have joint custody of my daughter and a split parenting plan. My daughter is being emotionally abused and has been required to see a therapist for physically hurting herself (she is only 8). The therapist told me I need to keep her out of that environment but I can't find any real information on emergency legal decision making and parenting time change in Pima county. The mother has threatened to move out of the country with my daughter if I try to take her back to court. What can I do??
  • I was in process of loan modification with my bank, and house was foreclosed on. I was notified after the foreclosure date, and now have been given Notice of Demand for Possession. What options are there to have 30 days to vacate and financial assistance to do that?
