Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Profile

The EEOC investigates charges of discrimination, offers mediation services and settles cases. When a charge is filed the EEOC conducts further investigations to establish if there is evidence for the charge. If evidence is found the two parties may be offered mediation services to avoid lengthy legal processes.

QUESTIONS

  • While I was with my Mom at her boyfriend's house in CA, my friend and I walked in on them watching porn in the living room. They didn't hear us come in so she doesn't know that I know. I told my Dad and he is trying to decide how to handle this. I want to know (and so does my Dad) if this is reason enough for my Dad to get sole custody. Now they both have joint physical custody. Has a crime been commited and how will the courts view this event? Thank you.
  • Can I request to get custody of my daughter through the court if 1. her mother cannot support her, she doesn't have a job. Her mother is also not following the court orders regarding visitation.

I've already spent $100 in less than 2 wks in electricity cause manager said fans have to stay on 24hrs and it's my responsibility to keep electricity on or they will get lawyers involved. I can afford to keep putting electricity. I've been out of my home almost 2 weeks. Please help.

I have been paying spousal support for the past eight years. My ex wife has been living with another man and has properties they have purchased as joint tenants. She is wearing a wedding ring with a diamond on it. How can I find out if she has gotten married or not? Could she have gone to a different state and gotten married there, so I wouldn't know? Thank you for your help.
