She and her sister who doesn't live on the property are both on the lease according to her. Question, can one be on a lease if they don't live in the Apartment ? Question can the landlord set the addendum up in such a way that if the lease is broken she would have to leave in 3 days. ? As well if her sister decides to break her part of the lease but my friend wants to stay ?

I’ve lived in this rv park for a little over a year and there are new owners. Now they are forcing me to remove my box trailer and truck somewhere else. They offered there new storage for $70 a month or if I rent a bigger lot $700 to $850 I can keep my belongings with me I pay $475 plus electric and a $400 deposit is that legal ? And they are threatening immediate eviction if I do not comply. Everyday they bang on my door I just paid rent yet they harrass me! Is any thing they are doing legall?

My mother is 85 and being treated by a naturopathic doctor. My sister and I are concerned that the care she is getting is harming her overall health. We have contacted the Naturopathic Physician Medical Board to file a complaint. They are willing to move forward and subpoena her medical records for review. The problem is that they say there is no way to keep this physician from mentioning it to our mother. We feel that our mother puts an abnormal amount of "faith" in this physician and that she has been, for lack of a better word, "brainwashed" into believing that he can do no harm. We want to proceed without fear that he will convince my mother that we are "the bad guys." What do we need to do to proceed without fear that he will discuss this with our mother? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
