  • does Arizona have a three strikes law.
  • I would like to foreclose on the property next door to me that I have been paying the taxes on for 8+ years. The courthouse told me to go ahead with a tax foreclosure (lien). I cannot find a packet through law library for self help. The courat house genarl assistance line did not assist me. Told me to get a lawyer. I am needed to be opointed in the right dirsection.
  • We have sent our 5 day notification to a tenant via certified mail. The tenant is not answering the door in order to receive the mail and sign for it. We have also tried to hand deliver the letter but again no answer at the residence. What is the next step if we can not get the tenant to recieve the 5 day notice

Please I tried legal aid and they cant help me because conflict of interest. My ex dont want custody. he wants to control me and hurt me. His mom works for a family law office.   • We are renting an apartment unit in Flagstaff for my daughter who attends NAU. The tenant above has flooded our unit 3 times in the last year because of connecting an illegal bidet. With the most current flood we asked for some diminution since one of the rooms and the laundry was unusable and asked for utility compensation because of the electricity the fans were using. The company gave $25 towards water but will not give any credit towards the rent. What can we d?
  • Since I moved in I have asked management to repair numerus things. Fill many cracks everywhere to avoid water damage and bugs from other apts. Tiny squirt of caulking on tub dried and separated. I now have LOTS of roaches AND bed bugs because they wouldn't do their jobs. They have caller ID so when I call they ignore me. They told me so. They offered me another apartment with a $275 transfer fee. I already paid over $700 security fee. I'm disabled, on SSI. What can I do?
  • What to do about a person who was living in a rental and left but has now come back to the residence although the residence has been put up for sale or lease. Can these people be reported to police as the owner of the property is out of state and unaware of what is going on as the residence has been cleaned and painted prior to the original renter all of a sudden showing up again possibly not returning keys to landlord.
  • My grandson's mom died, dad-my son- was in prison. Baby was living with my ex-husband (step grandfather), and he said state makes inmates sever parental rights-pushed him to sign voluntarily so he could adopt. He said if I interfere State may place the boy for adoption by strangers and I was not even being considered as adoptive placement. CPS, Foster Care board and courts wouldn't call me back to confirm. Ex husband said if I interfere we lose the boy forever so I stopped. Son died last year. Exhusband will no longer let me see my grandson. I think he lied-manipulated us and State acted inappropriately
