  • Hello, I recently moved out on Aug 26 2016 of a rental property managed by a property management company. On the 14th business day I was sent an estimated security deposit itemized list. When am I supposed to get the final one? Owner of house doing a complete remodel and could be months before she's done. Am I supposed to wait that long to hear back? Also, what is the lifetime of a carpet? Their trying to charge me for cleaning when carpet is 20 years old and we lived there for 5 years.

  • We decided to withhold rent to force the landlord to repair some unhealthy living conditions. We verbally told the manager that this was why the rent was withheld. They finally got the repairs completed and agreed to a $500.00 discount for the month. They are trying to charge late fees for the month that the rent was withheld. We don't want to move but we don't think it's fair to have to pay late fees considering they agreed their fault for dragging their feet on repairs.

  • hi i am trying to find some help for a number of residents in burrwood rv park.they have received a notice on 4-2-18 in there park clubhouse that they have to move out of there park by 5-10-18,and they can return 9-1-18.they will turn off the power and water.these people have paid a yearly rent,and have nowhere else to go.they have been offered to move there rv trailers to their sister park in quartzsite az split rail rv park,about 8 miles away.they do not have the means to just pack up and move.no spring chickens here,this is a 55 and older park.please advise.thank you la paz county
