I am currently In Pro Per for severence case. I'm looking for the Arizona Law that says I can bring a consultant to court , so I can file a motion for this. I am currently using a family friend who is a retired attorney.

My wife and I are living separate and have divided all of our assets and financials. Also we signed a contract to protect one another. Will this hold up in court if we decide to get divorced later?

Our no fault divorce was just finalized. I learned that she was pregnant is pregnant with another mans child and told me days after the divorce was final. Do I have any recourse? She didn't want me to have joint custody and I have to pay alimony. Now, she's struggling with my 4 kids and I doubt the other guy she was having an affair with will marry her due to the alimony but I believe I would of filed grounds had I known.

We have lived in an over 55 community for over 5 years always paying space rent by check, and never being late. Now they say they will not accept payment by check by anyone and if you try to pay by rent they will return your check. They want you to pay by portal or they can automatically deduct from your account. Is this legal?

My case might have to go into court for a slip and fall in a major store, was injured and they don't want to settle, my lawyer might have hire another lawyer to go into court, who should have to pay the other lawyer, me or my lawyer, or the major store?
