what does the law say I must do if my wife dies during the night. we have a living will, power of attorney. donator list and we don't want heroic measures if there won't be s good out come. we want to be cremated (in paperwork) can I just drive her to the hospital etc?

I got married in the state of Philadelphia, PA in 2004 and I have been separated since the year of 2012. I moved to the state of AZ in May of 2014 and I want to know if I can get a divorce here in the state of AZ.

I've completed most of court orders except for a few fines I'm trying to get my felonies set aside but I'm at a hold up I'm not making very much money and I'm paying child support ,is there a way to get my fines quashed or reduced so my set asides can take place

This question is for information for my son. My son and his ex-girlfriend have a daughter who is two years old. In the beginning they shared custody of her my son would get her once a week and every weekend. Now She wants to change that and say that he could never see her until she decides to file for court papers. My son loves his daughter cares for her pays for everything for her would basically die for her(his daughter) The mother is keeping my son from seeing his daughter. I have a Health Care Advance Directive from another state. Some of my friends say it is valid, others no. I suspect it is really up to the local hospital/doctor whether to honor it. Can you tell me if there is an AZ law that REQUIRES hospital/doctor to follow it? If so, can you tell me the law (statue??) that applies so I can refer to it if necessary? Thank you

Prior to signing the current lease I have, I paid the owner directly. I signed a contract with an agent in April and now the owner claims I did not pay for Jan., Feb., or March. Now the agent is adding $2,700 for those three months. Can she add on fees to my current contract if those were fees I paid before signing with her?

My wife is permanatly disabled under social security disablity. Part of her disablitiy is problems with comprehension. Between her learning disablity and hearing impairment, she has a really hard time comunicating with doctors and insurance companies. She just can't comprehend these things. She wants me to be her Medical Power of Attorney so that she doesn't have to deal with insurance companies customer service. The only information I can find is related to seniors. Can you help us? Where to go.. who to see?
