The mother left me off of the birth certificate and now I would like to petition for a paternity test and look into getting parenting time. I was wondering what documents I would need to file at the court and if a trial, where she and I were both in a courtroom in front of a judge, was imminent, or if the court would bring us both in to a judge in an office to discuss things. If we were brought into an office would lawyers be allowed or strictly she and I? Also, what if I file a parenting time petition and the mother does not agree to it? Could the judge agree to it without her consent or?

My tenant moved in her adult daughter with two minor children without my knowledge. When told I said she could stay as a guest for two months while she finds a place to live. This was 5 months ago. She will now not leave. I have now been told I cannot evict her because of the fair housing act although she was never on the lease and I have in no way discrimated against anyone on the lease. This makes 5 adults and 3 minors living in my 4 bedroom home. Can I evict them for breach of contract.

I live in an apartment complex with utilities includedthe electric has gone off twice this morning and a few other times this past week. Is this a violation of the lease if it keeps happening?

My ex-husband has been out of the picture for over 3 years. No child support, no contact with the three kids for this entire time. I re-married and my husband and I have taken care of them. I have full custody of my kids and wish to terminate his parental rights due to lack of contact and failure to be there for them in every sense of the word. He also lives in a different state and could have supervised visitations if he wanted to but has chosen not to. There’s also a history of domestic violence and alcoholism from his part therefore the supervised visitations.
