I am a retired military member, divorced. Under the terms of the divorce decree (modifiable) my ex receives a percentage of my military retirement pay, plus a spousal support payment. My Veteran's Administration disability rating was recently increased, which will have the effect of her net retirement payment being decreased. Will this give her grounds to request a modification to cover the difference? Can I expect any protection under ARS 25-318.01(3)?

However my fmla should not have been denied, the 3rd party company my copany used to verify the information contacted the wrong hospital that my wife stayed at even tho I supplied them the name and the names of the 2 doctors that treated my wife. My ex has made it so hard to visit him. All on her terms. I live in phx and she lives in Prescott so I drive up North to see him. She won't let me take him over nights and I'm lucky if I get to see him twice a month. She recently had me served to try to sever my father rights. Next court date was suppose to be November 5. But she was involved in a crime and she is now in jail. She has violated her probation plus new five felonies. I received a letter a couple days ago saying my court date with her had been vacated. Her parents won't let me have my son. What paperwork do I need to file?

My husband was laid off work back in September and relocated to NM to start a business, which has proven successful. I will be seeking employment there as well, and gave notice to my current employer that my final day of work will be 12/4/09. I will be self-employed and working as a substitute teacher until I find a job in NM. How do I request a modification to my current support amount as I will experience a significant loss of income? How do you create a new parenting worksheet when you don't know how much your monthly income will be? What steps do I need to take to start this process?
