Is there a law in AZ that says a child of divorce doesn't have to go see his parent that he doesn't live with. Also, when I have my children for the little amount of time that I do, is it right that my ex-spouse is always trying to communicate with the children while they are with me? My brothers babies mother is unfit. She lives on Section 8 and off of government assistance with no job. She has admitted to drinking and driving and doing drugs. There are 3 kids in question. How do I go about getting custody? Am I able to? One thing is my husband has a felony conviction from 2010 for solicitation of narcotics. Please help. Thank you.

I took fmla for the birth of a child, however I did not use all 12 weeks. Does fmla cover any time taken off to care for my child or am I now not covered under fmla because I have returned to work?

I have had got behind in my rent back in March of 2019 due to some health issues I had to leave my job. I receive disability and so I have been paying what I could afford. The landlord took those payments but with all the late fees building up. Was informed today that our apts were sold and new owners served me with a 5 day notice. There is no way that I can pay in full in 5 days nor can I find my family another place in 5 days. What can I do?

my sons mother and i were never married and paternity has not been established. support and visitation have been by a "gentlemans" agreeement. recently however his mother has become unresponsive, threatened to leave the state and used that threat to "blackmail" me for 2,000 dollars for her unpaid rent. i love my son a great deal and would like to both prevent her leaving w/ him and obtain custody. please advise on the expeditious way to accomplish this. thanks for your help...
