OK....I am 43 and am on ssi...my "ex"husband said that our divorce was final I believe in 2007 (I should have received papers I know now....) I just found out he passed away 2 years ago and I can find a single record of our divorce...if we were never divorced am I entitled to anything? Benefits...401k etc..

I am the recipient of the child support that my son is to recieve. I am not working but going to school full time, my son's father had put down on the paper work when he filed that I was making minimum wage and said that it was mandatory to have that down regardless if I was working or not.
