  • I gave notice in May to move during August (lease ending July 31). The landlord says I have to wait to get the amount they're going to charge me. They have a habit of delivering information the day before it's due. How long do I have to give them to get me this information?
  • I am seeking to get sole custody of my daughter as well as child support from the father. He is not aware that I am beginnning this process. I got the paperwork I need to file. After looking it over, I noticed that I need information (SSN, income, etc.) of his that I don't know. I don't think he'll give me this info willingly.
