Question: My husband & I moved to AZ from MI 3 yrs ago.We have had custody of his son since 2006. We we granted a chnge in domicile in 2008. Can we file for a change in jurisdiction? His parenting time is one week for spring break,one week for christmas and 6 weeks during summer.If we can file for change in jurisdiction, do we file in AZ or MI?
