Question: Reasonable parenting time for 6 year old
Answer: There is no single answer for your question. Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 25-403 sets out the factors the court considers to determine legal decision-making and parenting time. These include age and maturity of the child, whether there has been domestic violence, other siblings in the home, schooling, the best interests of the child. The court would prefer that you and your ex reach agreement on the issue. If you cannot agree, the court will decide. Either party can file a motion in the court requesting a determination of parenting time.
