Child Custody
questions & answers
Question: I've been served by the non-custodial parent for joint custody and modification of support. How do I file a response? I have 20 days and I don't know which form to use.
Answer:
If you are in Maricopa County, you can find an alphabetical listing of the forms needed for family court at the Maricopa County Superior Court. Also, the court has a self service center to be able to assist you, as well as a list of attorney who can help you with completing your forms. If you live in Pima County, you can find the family law forms on the Pima County Superior Court's webpage.
When you click on the links for the forms, many will say what the forms should and should not be used for as well as instructions on how to complete the form.
If you need to speak directly with an attorney, you may want to see the article on this site titled "Where to Find an Attorney for Specific Legal Advice."
