questions & answers
Question: I have a 13 year old daughter that would like to contact her father, on the original court documents our addresses were not to be listed, however his was. Is there anyway I can legally find out if this is still his current address without violating any privacy issues?
Answer: - Anything filed with a court should be public record, therefore, anything in them is most likely open to the public and the information contained therein is probably not really private. Look at any past documents you have recieved from the court or contact the court directly.
