Question: I have been trying to get my misdemeanor assault conviction sealed or set aside for months. I was charged 5 years ago and didn't complete my court order counseling and had to serve jail time. I tried to get a set aside order but was denied due to incompletion of probation. I cant work this this on my record and need to know where to go from here
