QUESTIONS

  • My ex gave me a call 2 years ago telling me he is not my daughters father and wanted his name removed from her birth certificate. He has never been a part of her life and I have off idea where he is now how do I get about getting his arms removed from the birth certificate?

  • Is it the responsibility of the Property Management company or the tenet to bring a building up to code if the building was leased already not in code? My property management company rented me a commercial facility that was no where near up to code, five years ago.   • I've owned my trailer since January 2013. I've had my male dog for over 2 years now and have had no problems until about 3 months ago when our most recent manager told me I have to put up a fence cause my dog is "agressive" when she gets to walk through not around my yard to check my meter.   • My lease states to vacate a 60day vacate notice must be submitted to the office prior to end of lease date which is 02/29/2020. I submitted the vacate notice 30days before my lease ends,01/31/2020, can They still a month to month rate for the month of March, or is the 30day notice fine in the state of az ?
