Question: I live in senior 62 Sec. 42 tax credit property. I have heard the landlord is money oriented and anti-social towards people. I was a real estate agent and specialized in apartment building sales. I have been threatened with immediate eviction for bogus lies, that I had nothing to do with. I looked up the company on az courts. there is nothing since an unlawful detainer in snowflake in 2009. they are in several cities around the state, but based in Idaho. I have heard that they just throw people out of the property. they must have accomplices. one of the owners sits on the town council

Answer:

A.R.S. 33-1368 states when and how a landlord may terminate a lease and evict a tenant. A.R.S. 33-11377 discusses the procedures of a special detainer action. If the reason that your landlord is evicting you is not true, you should say so in your answer to the complaint.
