I am roommates with someone he has assaulted me I am going to get a restraing order,what I would like to know who has to move out of the home we share?

have active order of protection against my spouse currently, states no contact in any form, is my spouse legally able to hire a third party company to serve me? And what info about me that they find are they legally allowed to provide to my spouse? What are their restrictions? Our location, schools, work, housing, and phone numbers are marked as confidential

I am not married to my daughters father, we recently split due to domestic violence. I am talking with him and his lawyer to get a resolution before our temporary orders hearing. The only term we are not agreeing on is that I want to stipulate that my daughter and I can relocate to Colorado in a year. His attorney keeps saying the courts will not accept that even if we come to an agreement on everything else before our court date. I spoke to an attorney who told me the opposite. How do I word this to his attorney or is his attorney right?

where can I obtain a copy of restraining order placed against me in Feb 2015 by my girlfriend/Phoenix Court? keeping me away from property as well as her?

MY daughter was roughed up my her live in bf. he also damaged her car. she was willing to go to the sheriffs office until they told her he would be arrest tonight and go to jail. How likely is that to happen the injury is broken nails bruised? the vechile damage is about $500 and he still has her glasses and a few other small things.

Is it possible to have a restraining order or protection order without divulging my home address or place of work. I am getting death threats regarding an my girlfriend's ex who has a history of domestic violence. If he knows this information and knows our whereabouts he will take action against it and has no care in the world for the reprocussion of the law including his own life.
