QUESTIONS

  • There have been issues with the water here at my apartments and due to this we have been having water leak from our fridge and rise up the toilet tub and sinks. The apartments have come out to "clear the pipes" a number of times but there is now water damage to the floor in the kitchen and when they came tp fix the floor they just reglued the fake wood down. What sjould we do?? I have renters insurance but i dont think i should have to pay for their pipes.
  • I did not file for divorce and custody rights yet but if I will, is there any possibility that I could have the sole custody of my child? My husband has a history of domestic violence, extreme dui and issue from his ex-wife's son. I have a restraining order for him which was not served to him yet  because I do not know where he's at now. Can I still divorce him even if I do not know the address? And get divorced too?

  • should the state appoint me a public defender in my case? i was in a car accident in my own front yard and was arrested 2 days later. the judge released me on no probable cause and was dropped the next day. a month later the municipal court sent a letter saying i have all these charges. plead not guilty and to trial. the judge then told me i had to repersent myself and i wasnt getting a public defender. my charges are aggravated assualt w/deadly weapon(2), reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and domestic violence what should i do
  • If my ex-husband is on workers compensation can he get a modification of support amount if he has other accounts such as a retirement, savings etc.?

Before the 5 days were up I went to the office to offer any back payments plus court fees and attorney fees plus 2-3 months in advance if theyed let us stay she told me corporate had to make that Decision So monday she would have an answer.I asked her if it was gonna be a issue because sunday is last day she said no,cause they asked u to stay for the answer. monday came no one was at office all day tues comes i had to go to work i get a call from office saying we have done a lock out its already done.   • When selling a car as a private party to another individual. Is the seller responsible for anything after sell is completed (in the case the buyer is trying to get money from me for a repair he claims is needed now) As the seller does my responsibility for the vehicle end once we competed title transfer?
