What are my rights while I am on parole to see my kids? I am paying child support, I work, I am responsible, I love my boys. My wife (separated) is using the boys, as her means of child support from the Welfare Agency here. I want my legal rights .

my brother is on parole, he has a job and a house and is stable. he is responsible. His wife refuses to allow him to have partial custody. He is paying regularly back child support, for when he was incarcerated. He loves his kids & wants visitation.

QUESTIONS

  • My husband has had 2 work related injuries where he suffered concussions, traumatic brain injuries & frontal lobe brain injury. Over time, his personality is changing for the worse & he's constantly verbally abusining me & my daughter & he completely loses his temper over nothing. Now he's threatening to open a new account for his SSD income & for the work comp annuity which is the majority of our income. He says he wants a divorce & is going to get an apartment & he's going to stop making the house payments. I know this is due to his TBI but what can we do to protect ourselves?
  • I have an Emergency Protective Order placed on myself by my sons father. And now he is in contact with me. what do i do?
  • Me and my girlfriend have been together for 2 years and she has 2 kids by a guy who stays in trouble and rarely pays child support he makes false statements to dhr and we have been investigated and released we recently had an argument and they carry me to jail for domestic violence are we still going to be able to live with each other
  • My son (36) lives in Phoenix, AZ His Girl Friend (whom he has 2 children with) took out a Protection Order against him in order to make her apartment complex happy & not get kicked out. She had him stay away for a few days then moved him right back in. Does this not make the Protection Order Null & Void?
  • My daughter conceived out of wedlock. Lived together the entire pregnancy, & was there for her birth. No doubt that I am biological father, however, my mother advised me not to sign the birth certificate & I didn't sadly. Baby was 14 months old when my EX developed drug & alcohol problem. As a result to this she was arrested & charged with domestic violence. A month after, she decided to move move with my baby from Phx to PineTop, AZ & has kept my her from me. Baby is 3yrs old now & her mom decided to move to CA. How can I get rights as a father? Can I get shared custody? Help Please!
  • My son went to court and got my restraining order against him dismissed. I went to court and got a copy of the proof of service which was signed by his fiancĂ©e. She never served me. Is it legal for her to serve me?
  • Is it possible to remove a domestic violence charge from my record to stop having a delay when I purchase firearms?
  • My ex-girlfirend attacked me with a crow bar and split open the back of my head and when I called the police they were trying to make it seem like I was the one who had done something wrong can I go to the police station on my own and file a report there? Also I wanted to know if I am able to go and make a report on my own will she be charged with anything?
  • My wife kicked me out by threatening to call the cops on me and tell them im violent. I left because she was the one slapping me. How do I get my items? Do I still have to pay rent due on 5th? Kicked out on the 1st.
  • Help! Domestic violence occurred. My husband left me unexpectedly. We have a daughter. I have no income, no car, no phone and now a lease that I can't pay, what are my resources?
