What are my rights while I am on parole to see my kids? I am paying child support, I work, I am responsible, I love my boys. My wife (separated) is using the boys, as her means of child support from the Welfare Agency here. I want my legal rights .

my brother is on parole, he has a job and a house and is stable. he is responsible. His wife refuses to allow him to have partial custody. He is paying regularly back child support, for when he was incarcerated. He loves his kids & wants visitation.

I have a 3 year old son and his father and i are separated for a year and 5 months. I also have a domestic abuse protection order against my son's father, my question is.. can I apply for child support with no visitation? and also do I still have to face him in court for child support?

What haplens if you get pregnant with a person tgat you have a restraining order on while tge restraining order is still up

I have a PFA against me and there is a third party rule for no contact. If I called the plaintiffs father not to relay a message to the plaintiff but about something else is that a violation of a third party contact?

My husband is a insecure controlling emotionally and verbally abusive towards me and his crazy mom. He is an electrician and was only working 6 months a year to get a $6500 tax refund which he would spend on his stuff and buys the kids, under age 10 expensive electronics to keep them happy. He doesn't buy me ---- anymore for the last 5 years. He's telling me that since I'm an unfit mom, take care of kids 24/7 and his mom while to works in Contra Costa County 5 or 6 days a week. Rents a room with relatives $400 a month. His mom pays the $500 rent here from her SSI CK

okay so i had a d.v. charge about 15 years ago did the classes and just recently recieved my level 1 fingerprint clearance am i legal to carry a firearm

My fiance and i were in an argument and i called the cops because she pushed me several times. it was a big mistake and i wished i never called them. They came and arrested her. Now she is out and she cannot come home or call me. we have 3 kids together and are torn apart now. Is there anything we can do to get passed this huge mistake? Her trial is a month from now.
