What are my rights while I am on parole to see my kids? I am paying child support, I work, I am responsible, I love my boys. My wife (separated) is using the boys, as her means of child support from the Welfare Agency here. I want my legal rights .

my brother is on parole, he has a job and a house and is stable. he is responsible. His wife refuses to allow him to have partial custody. He is paying regularly back child support, for when he was incarcerated. He loves his kids & wants visitation.

QUESTIONS

  • when a minor commits dv against a parent, shouldn't the minor be removed from the parent and dangerous and unsafe environment?
  • When the offender is escorted by law enforcement to pick up his belongings from a shared residence. Is it a law that the officer stay present at ALL time as protection?
  • I have currently fled domestic violence to AZ from TX. Since I have left he keeps harassing me. Could I file harassment and DV charges here if the DV happened in TX?
  • My live-in boyfriend was served a Protective Order yesterday. The police explained it to him and gave him time to collect some personal belongings. How long does he have to come back and collect the rest of his stuff from the house?
  • My husband was arrested after an arrangement we had we got kinda loud so the next door neighbor called the cops when they arrive my husband was already packed up and out the door he didnt put his hands on me but he did break the phone. • I'm a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault. It's been four years since the last domestic occurred and I moved to Washington to get away from my abuser with my kids. I am wondering since it has been four years ago if there is anything that I can do now like make a police report or legal action now.
  • Am I legally able to move out of state with my son, if the father is on the birth certificate? He has been active in our sons life as well as paying for his needs. However I am not safe nor is my children's state of mind and well being. There is 15 years of emotional, physical and mental abuse from him. My children as well as myself want a safe home and stability. I can't provide that unless I relocate. I have a job lined up in the new state as well as a home I can afford on my own The town sheriff is 200 feet away from me as well as CIA behind me I would be renting my home from family friends
  • My aunt just got guardian ship of me. My father that adopted me still has custody of my aunt and I are constantly fighting she threatens to send me back to him. Now that I am 16 can move out of my aunt's house and move back in with my biological father that is her brother?
