How can I get free or reduced legal help against landlords and the other question how do get the same thing for a will?? Also the same thing against corrupte stores and company's??I live in direr poverty and really just can't afford anything unfortunately and it's not my fault. I am an orphan the state ruined my life and took everything from and left me in direr poverty with noway out that's why I can't afford a lawyer nor anything. A little help not advise would help. My fiancé and I moved out of our apartment at the end of December 2013 and just not received a cleaning fee. It's been a year and 5 months. After we moved out we went back 2 months and asked if we owed money and they said no. Now we get cleaning fee year and a half later. Can they do that? Isn't there like time frame they have to bill me? Please help me thanks.

My kids are over 18 how I can stop the child support

I’m in a disturb with my ex wife right now on visitation hours. She is refusing to let me see my son. About a year ago I was collecting unemployment and was unable to pay her child support. She wouldn’t let me see him till I gave her money. I made $12 an hour before I was unemployed, now I only make 8.50 an hour (still paying 12.00 an hour child support). I can hardly afford rent, I’m already in the process of changing the child support payments but I also need to change custody. I work 40 hours a week and I would love to have him every weekend. Can someone please advice me in a good directio

Me and my wife separated 3 years ago. She moved out of state with our three children and then about a year later two of my boys came back to live with me in Arizona. They went up to visit their mom in Utah last Summer and she refused to let my boys come back . Come to find out she filed for divorce/custody when they first got up there and I was never served anything. It's already been approved by a judge and now I'm paying child support and on a parenting schedule to visit my kids. What can I do and which state, Arizona or Utah do i contact? Thank you

We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?

how to evict a 2months tenant with no lease and no rent being paid?

Before my husband died in 2007 we took out a loan with citi financial. Our 2004 truck was used as collateral.My husband was the primary signer. I paid on this loan as long as I could but stopped 4 years ago. The truck was never repossessed and still sits in my yard. I contacted Citi as I was willing to give up the truck. They told me I had to send them a death certificate. But if they had repossessed it they would just come pick it up. They also said to get the title back I would need to send them an estate administrator document. According to the probate judge this would cost about $1,000. I cannot afford that. will I be able to ever get the title back?
