  • I quit my job in May to seek a higher position. Contacted my former employer July and let them know it was not working out and would like to come back. Was told they would call me in october when the position became available again. Found out they offered the position to a current employee, but, never contaced me to offer me my position back as stated they would. What legal recourse do have at this point?
  • My landlord told me they intend to sell the property I am renting because they cannot afford necessary repairs. I still have several months on my lease. All they have said is "lease agreements are broken all the time." Can they terminate my lease this early on? What are my rights in this case?
  • My son just turned 18. He should be entering his senior year in high school so the court papers say I pay child support until he is out of school or 19 years old. He quit school and was supposed to get his GED. He has not nor does it look like he ever will. “Until 19” clause was there to ensure support through high school. Since he is not enrolled, shouldn’t I be able to stop support since he is 18. I don’t support these choices made by him and his mother.
  • I have lived /owed my condo for 13 years and yes, it's a HOA issue. My HOA has had judgements and liens against several units, both owned by past directors. A new board member purchased them at very awesome price, no one else knew they were for sale, no notice. The " Management Company " said that even though the HOA put those liens/judgements in place, it's still up to the previous to pay back the HOA.   • Our lease currently expired on Oct 25th. 6 months ago, we reached out to see what the landlords intention was. After pleading with the owner, he agreed to renew and negotiated a rent price. Now, 2 weeks ago, we were sent an email with the owners intent to sell. We reminding them of the previous conversation and was told again, that the owner was going to honor his word and renew and talked about rent price. And just today we received an email that the owner will 100% be selling. Do we have any recourse since it was clear of his intent to renew?
  • we have a mold problem from the managers meintenance man doing cheap labor causing mass flooding in the walls. she claims after multiple times thebproblem is fixed. the watee is also making us sick. my other half lives here and is pregnant. we also have a 3 year old. the manager claims there is no mold, but i have 2 samples of black and all sorts of colors. i want to get out of here but the manager threated to bill us 3 thousand for damages thats by her hands not ours... and i gave her many chances to fix the problem and it never gets fixed, she only covers up her tracks. what can i do?

My brother had to move in with me and I told my friend he would have to move out. I gave him a month and he didn't move. I gave him another 6 weeks and he did not move . then I gave him one more week and that is up in 3 days and it does not look like he is going to move by then. what should I do ? He did not break any agreement, nor did I.
