  • My lease expires at the end of the month and have given my landlord(management)30 day notice and they have listed the property on market for rent.Today is 11th and they have called me to let them bring people in for viewing.Can i refuse and tell them no until i move out?

  • I currently own a home which I live in and have a tenant. There is no signed lease agreement, just a verbal month to month. On this document its says I’m negligent or lending her my car. she says that legally I am at fault for everything because the truck is only under my name. she caused this car accidents but am I responsible since it’s my car?
