I built a room in the backyard of my grandfathers home. I paid for everything myself . My grandfather pointed to a space in back where I could build me a room for me and my two kids. Recently my grandfather has became really sick and the ownership of the home has changed hands which are my uncle and aunt, what are my rights and is my room still mines? My mother has a home in Sahuarita but at this time is living with my sister for medical reasons my brother her son lives in her home and Sahuarita he does not pay any of the household bills my mother is paying for everything my mother and myself are both on the deed of her home . for financial reasons my mother can no longer afford to keep her house it needs to be sold how do we get my brother to move out what are our legal options????

Three years later I find out I have to pay back discounts I received the months I rented. I moved out because off military orders. Is this not covered under the SSCRA?

In Arizona they impound your vehicle if you get pulled over and are driving on a suspended license. Does the officer have to wait for the tow company to be present before doing a tow list? I did not give consent to search.
