We are seeking to get guardianship of our grandson who is 1. Our daughter lives with us & he stays with me 95% of the time, however she does not provide financial care for him. We believe she has some mental issues that need to be addressed, although she refuses to seek care. When she chooses to care for him, she makes choices that are neglectful & at times putting him in danger. How do we accomplish this task with her living in our home, proving the issues we see daily, keeping him safe with us & hoping she gets the help she needs.

I got "married" at age seventeen to, (unknown to me at the time), a person who was in the country illegally. He was a permanant resident who had his residency pulled after recieving three felonies two years prior to our marriage. He was arrested and deported again four years ago. The complex charges for the general water sewer and trash but they also charge for a trash service separate from the az trash fee and it is not optional according to the leasing office. Are they allowed to do this or would this type of service have to be considered and option for residents to want to do? Is it illegal to charge for 2 trash services?

how does a niece obtain death certificate, or to take care of aunts estate

I have a 10 yr old son. His father's name isn't on birth certificate. He has not helped at all. I started to take him for child support but that fell through. I really don't want him involved in his life. He shows no concerns of my son's welfare. My question is can I change my son's last name (his father's)to mine without going through the courts in establishing him being his father? We were never married. His last contact with him was over 4 yrs ago. There is nothing that's been done through the courts. I also want my fiance to be able to adopt him (they want that too)

July of this year my ex-husband passed away and I am executor of his will. I have got a estimate of his mobile home and property. I am the one who is to receive any of his property. My question is do I have to put the property and mobile home in my name as I do not intend to keep it. It is completely paid for. The reason I ask this question is that I am on disability and have no intention to live there due to my health because the place is about 5 miles out in the country. If I put it in my name will it have effect on the benefits I get from disability and the state. Please let me know as soon as someone gets to answer this.

What is my rights? I work for a major company and while I had a temp manager they stole two of my major accounts without my knowledge and transferred them to other reps on other teams and I lost out on 1,000,000 in sales. The company has policy in protecting reps from going into accounts that does not belong to them or assigned to them. Behind my back they stole my accounts and next thing I know they closed about a 1,000,000 in business that was rightfully mine. Do I have legal rights? Our company rules of conduct / ethics and policy stAtes that no other reps are allowed to go into other assigned accounts nor other territory that is assigned to other sales reps. This all happened during the time I did not have a current manager in place because my manager left the company and the company was looking for new manager to fill that position. As I stated I had a temp manager who was not my manager. Please advise
