can a judge overturn child support when the parents signed a agreement 3 years ago

I recently purchased a car and put it in my girlfriends name because she has the drivers license and I currently do not also she agreed to sign a public notary stating that I am the sole owner of the vehicle and we only put the car in her name because she had a license at the time and I did not and for insurance purposes. Now my question of course would be does that legally protect me from her having legal ownership of the vehicle say if hypathetically we break up and she decides to try and take my car.

I was divorced from my husband at the time me and him were both really bad off, I was granted joint custody, but only supervised visitation until I completed drug classes, took u.a.s and could prove I had a place to live and was remaining sober. I have been sober for 2 years now, my ex doesnt have my children now either his parents do, they have temporary guardianship. How do I get the guardianship removed and getr my custody of the children. The judge already said i had it i just had to do those things and I have.

My son is abt to be 4 years old. He has my last name because while I was pregnant his father was abusive physical & emotionally hurting me , he was also abusing drugs and dealing drugs . He was putting too much stress on me I wanted him as far away from me as possible it wasn't good for my pregnancy . When I had my son only my last name was given . His dad & I try working it out but throught out time he was still being abusive , doing drugs getting d.u.i going to jail . Cheating on me I had enough . I met a wonderful man that I fell in love with as soon as I moved on my sons father broke into my apartment & vandalized 3000 worth of my things .. I don't get a penny from the guy . Now he has a black on blank Benz . He has a Bently he has a monster truck . He has a motor cycle hardly Davidson & dune buggy while I'm struggling with my son to get by . My boyfriend was supporting us him & I are no longer together . How can I get child support from the guy without him getting any legal right

I rented a room in my home to a school teacher that was being evicted from her house, I felt sorry for her and wanted to help her out. I only wanted a month to month lease but decided to give her a 2 1/2 month lease the lease states that the term of the lease will terminate on Nov.30, 2016. In the addition terms it states if the landlord and tenant agree to renew the agreement that it would be a month to month rental. One week into our agreement I told her I would not be renewing our lease after it expire, She is refusing to leave and said I didn't give her 30 day notice. What can I do ?

We rented our current residence in September 2018. The owner of the property said we did not have access to the front entry area closet and it is locked. There are also other large items that were in the house ( the largest is a China cabinet that we were told we could not damage and a few rather large wall paintings) Nothing was said during the lease negotiations nor is there anything stated in the lease agreement about these items. I want to use the closet and the other items are taking needed space. Technically I'm paying the landlord to store his stuff. What are my rights as a tenant?

I have a tenant that cannnot get their car in the garage as it scrapes the bottom going up the incline. What am I as a landord responsible for? They are getting notices about parking the cars illegally.

I tried to get the order of protection against me on behalf of my daughter quashed and my ex was at the hearing with a lawyer, witnesses, evidence, etc. and I was there with just me and my fiance. Can I file to get another hearing since I didn't know that is what to expect. She filed it and I wasn't there. Why did she get to be there when I was suppose to plea my side?

I live wi my 3 year old son and i have not had hot water for three day. I asked the couple days ago. And still no hot water. Please help.
