im 17 and i live with my grandma. She has legal custidy of me. My dad died and my mom has been getting her life together and wants me to live with her. and i do too. I cant stand living with my grandma... what can i do, so i can live with my mom or someone else?

If I rent my apartment do I by law, have to pay for home insurance?

My x decided not to accept what tthe city offered to settle and decide to go to trial. Can I file for full custody and have child support paid to me if she is convicted? What is the process and how long does it take? Or can I have my child support obligation remove altogether?

My son was killed by Tucson Police on 4/17/2014 and was not notified. Found out online. I went to retrieve his property and was told I had to wait because case was under investigation and they would let me know when I could retrieve his vehicle. My mom (son grandma) received a letter saying that nobody has come to claim property and in order to retrieve it we have to pay storage. Why do we have to pay anything. i am 21. work part time, school part time at GCC. my boyfriend(baby daddy) and i just broke up. i need help on what to do legally for custody and also to file for child support. i need help before around christmas time. i am 30 weeks pregnant and don't want to lose my little baby boy.

My mothers health has drastically changed and she only lives on social security, a very small disability bi-weekly stipend and has medicare. While my mother has been accepted for medicaid as a secondary insurance, she will have to contribute monthly of $406 so that she will be able to have full time home health care (vs only part time with medicare). This expense will make it impossible to help her pay her credit card debts off. My mother needs to contribute to medicaid but then won't have enough to pay off her debts. What are options as far as her credit cards? Should I close them (with her on the phone) and let them know that she is unable to pay so we'd need a settlement price? Or just walk away? I am unsure of her options as my original plan was to help her pay them off one by one.

My wife left the state, and we have since filed for divorce. She has made no attempt to ask for the property she left behing. She has retained a lawyer in our state. Can I leave her belongings at the lawyers office?
