  • Who do I call if I lost my atlas number ?
  • I recently discovered that when I was brought to the US 18 years ago, none of the appropriate paperwork was filed by my parents. Essentially, I just found out that I have no legal right to be here in the US. Where do I go from here???

  • I signed someone's name on a legal document with permission from this person. I was carged with forgery. I took a plea not wanting to go to a jury trial. After the plea I found out that the state attorney lied to the grand jury and said this person did not give me permission and also I forged her notes. I have her taped interview where she clearing states her given permission and that the notes were done by her. Is there anything I can do to go back to the grand jury or maybe have the charges reversed? I was told no matter what I signed her name with putting with permisssion
  • If I have become aware of illegal activity by someone who rents a room in my house can I by law immediately have him evicted for my protection?
  • I am currently renting a room in a person's house. Due to a leak in the plumbing they are replacing all of the flooring on the floor that I live in, including in the room that I rent. I have to vacate my room for 2-3 days while they refloor the room. She says that she only has to reimburse me the "daily cost" of my room rental for the days I have to be out of my room. Do they have to provide adequate housing for me while I am being forced out of my room. She says I can sleep on an air mattress. Would my renters insurance cover this?
