QUESTIONS

  • If amenities are included in our rent but they shut down every single one of them due to the COVID 19 (2 pools, business center, exercise room, tennis court, all BBQ patios), should we still be charged for this? It is an extra $50.00 on our monthly statement.
  • I rent a mobile home that has a large front and back yard. My landlord is always on the property and coming over unannounced. I understand I rent from him but how much privacy am I entitled to? The landlord also has a storage shed that sits behind the mobile home. We don't use. The neighbor next door comes over whenever he pleases and uses the storage shed. He says the landlord lets him use it. I feel like I have no privacy whatsoever!

  • The owner of a mobile home and rv park in apache junction states in the rules that all units must be owner occupied no rentals. But he rents them.legal or not. Plus the rules also say no rvs are allowed in the driveways but the "manager" has one behind her mobile hooked up and she has no and is attendind no monthly training.
  • I just want to know how this landlord/tenant works, our landlord emailed us that he was coming but we never checked the email and he still came and enter the back of the house, which is scared me because I didnt know it was him 2. He doesnt provide any type of service for landscaping but he said that we didnt have the place in optimal state and that he hopes that we have the inside clean, I havent responded because I did not know what to say
