  • My home was in the middle of probate when they sold it so prior to bank sold it to company and because there wasn't somebody legally responsible for the loan hence I had to probate it before anybody at company would discuss it with me, and they granted me executorship a week after the sale. I then had a stroke and was in hospital, court papers scheduled in a few days to go to court. I want to keep my house of 17years what can I do? Please help fast. I am a widower of a vet and on disability as well.

The manager wanted me to initial a additional paper to show that the computer should have shown that the rent was suppose to be 796.62.what I want to know is do I pay the 745.62 or the 796.62.
  • Im rent an apartment for my son who is in school. His normal electric bill has been 54-59 dollars a month. His AC started having problems and the apartments handyman looked at it and said it was fine but in 2 1/2 months he ran up an $892.00 eletric bill. The manager finaly had a real repair man in and fixed it. Now the bill is back to normal. But they refuse to pay the bill. They just continue to tell us they dont reinburse for electrical. I cant pay the bill all at one time and now the electric company said they are going to turn off the power if not paid in full by June 29th. What can I do??
  • I own a mobile home and rent a lot. I recieved an immediate eviction notice due to criminal acts. My 7 year old son was playing and broke a window on a vacant trailor owned by the park. we did not know until the eviction came. he is the only biracial child gets blamed for EVERYTHING. there is a boy a few doors down who purposely broke out windows on two trailors and set fire to the park grass and he's still here. there are other kids who have vadalized etc and they are still here. where do we go from here? is this discrimination?

  • I gave 30 days notice at my apartment on the 15th of March. Upon moving clothes out of a closet found a huge patch of mold on the wall. I do not want to stay there the remaining 15 days of the 30 day notice. Is there a way out of that place and not paying the remaining 15 days rent? I have a daughter that stays with me and I do not think it is safe for us to stay there now. Thank you.
