  • I am renting a apartment that was once a motel room. From a realtor who im assuming is the landlord. For $450 a month. My question is can she evict me for things that WERE NOT mentioned to me or given to me in a form of a "lease or rental agreement". She is trying to evict me for trash that i supposedly had outside my unit. When in fact the day i moved in there was a huge pile of trash bags next to my unit there was no dumpster provided and no mail box even till this day. The 25 of November 2018. Other tenets have there electricity through her i dont and have no power what can i do.

  • Recently in my apartment the refrigerator went out andwas repaired by a repair man the manager sent over and the repairman stated that for me to write out a list of food that was lost and take to the office.this was done and I also sign the paper stating that this in fact did happen.the manager stated that under normal situation the landlord is not responsible for the food that was lost,but because the repairman stated that he would make sure I would get paid for food lost.I would have to take this up with my insurance (Renter's insurance) about $75-100 worth of groceries.The manager has offered to deduct $75 dollars off of rent for the following month,and i agreed to this. The question is am I to be responsible for food that was lost ,when the appliance came with the apartment?this is not the first time this has happen to me.should I contact my insurance company regarding this issue?
  • The judge ordered: IT IS ORDERED that both parties shall participate in co-parenting classes through Parenting Skills. Is this the same class I completed and filed a certificate for on 9/30/2011 PEC - Parent Education Certificate? If so, am I required to take it again? Does an online course comply with Maricopa Superior Family courts requirements? If not, since the place in Scottsdale given to me at court on 09/12/13 no longer does the class where on the West side (Peoria/Glendale) can I go to comply with this order?
