I have an adult handicapped daughter who lives alone and has been put in hospital for emergency care several times for severely neglecting herself;refusing to eat or receive help or care from family. She is paralyzed with Spina Bifida, mentally ill, and suicidal. Presently in hospital for her neglect.I am her mother.She needs long term care but refuses/How can I do it legally?

I read this in a question on the website and I was wondering if the child has the fathers last name, does it still mean they have no legal rights until official paternity has been established?

I was married to my ex-husband for 11 years. He served in Air Force until he retired. Nothing regarding his retirement is in our divorce decree. Can I collect some his pension under the Former Spouse Retirement Act?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? On Thanksgiving day of 2017. My ex fiance assaulted me at a circle k. Police report was filed. He's mother took gaurdainship of are daughter. So when I visit the minor I'm really nervous. Can there be order of protection against my ex and his fiance and can I put my minor child on the protection?

I bought a small summer place in an all 55+ rv park. I just found out if your unit is 30 yrs old the owner of the park must inspect your unit before you can put it up for sale. If they don't approve the condition of the unit you can't sell. Is this legal? Why would I not be informed before I bought?

My girlfriend and I have two children together. I would like to gain custody of them since she has been experiencing mental health issues and cannot take care of the children.  I cannot afford a lawyer and have been told I cannot leave the state without her permission and was also told since the children's birth certificates establish I am the father and that they have my last name I can relocate with them.
