  • We rented a home in Maricopa and had the AC unit go out approx. 8 times in 3 months. Every time the property management company would file a claim with the home warranty company. . We had to buy our own window AC to stay cool. Only twice were we offered a hotel. Combined between myself and my husband we had to take off 10 days from work to accommodate the repair man. The repair man said from the start that the unit needed to be replaced but it never was. Our AC bills were as high as 700 dollars due to the issues. Do we have a case in small claims court?

  • I recently moved out and the landlord never gave me my deposit back. I left the home in good condition the only thing he wrote on the disposition report that the carpet was dirty. Ever since we moved in we told him the carpet needed to be replace because it was worn out and you could see previous stains he never did anything about it. Now he wants to subtract that from the deposit which i think is unfair. What can I do?

  • We live in a small private property community with private roads. Every morning and afternoon we are over loaded and blocked in by parents using our neighborhood to drop off and pick up kids. They ignore all our signs and block anyone from getting in or out safely. We have buses that come and get our kids and they can’t get around the neighborhood because of the parking on both sides of the road.
