i wanted to know if their's anymore resources of places that you guys can give me on having to get help on getting my water bill paid in the amount of $260.00 and its a delinquent bill.

My wife and I moved into a rental home on 3/1/18 in Tucson, Arizona, and almost immediately my wife and I started having breathing problems when inside the house. We do not experience any of this when outside the house. Upon my inspection, I noticed black mold inside and out of the guest bathroom toilet. The management company sent their maintenance person who after getting clearance (1 week) they removed and replaced the toilet. The odor was abated for approximately 2 days and returned with the entire inside of the house smelling musty. It is more pungent in the laundry room and master bathroom. I have found mold in the master bathroom toilet on the inside. I went to the Management Company on 3/22/18 to advise them we continue to find mold in the house and my wife and myself are having breathing problems, mucus and headaches when we are in the home. We are having no issues when we are not inside the home and outside at work or living our active life style. and to see if they would look into this and was advised it was on me and I should hire a mold technician check it out. If mold is found then the Management company would move on it. Why would I have to have this expense, it’s not my house, we just moved in and I feel this is the landlords responsibility. Can you please advise if there is any action I might take that would not cost a large amount of money to get the management company to do their job and do due diligence on this issue. Also, if you know of any agency in Tucson that controls these types of issues between Tenants and their landlords/Management Companies please let me know. Thank you.

We owe a nursing care facility 10,000 dollars. I have been sending them 20.00a month. I received a letter from them with a check for the payments I made. They are refusing my payments because they are saying the payments are too low. This is all I can afford to send. Are they legally allowed to refuse these payments? Thank You

I lived in XXXXX apartments until June 2015. In June of 2015 I paid $406.17 to end my lease and my roomates and I signed a roommate release form saying that I was no longer on the lease. They moved out prematurely in August of 2015. Apparently a sum was sent to a collection agency for that apartment in 2016 and they included my name when they did that. I did not find out about this until I applied for an apartment for my daughter and I in May of 2017 and was denied because of this sum. I called the complex and was basically told that they cant help me. What can I do from here?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? My daughters was born last month and her father would like to be on her birth certificate. But he is located in Mexico and is not able to sign so he can be on the certificate. Is there any form that he can fill out in mexico in front of a notary him stating that he agrees with being on the birth certificate.
