What rights do I have if I own an RV and rent a spot on private property in Arizona? The landlord tenant act doesn't cover my situation?

I was adopted at the age of 13 from Russia. My adopted American parents were abusive. At the age of 18 I left home. I have been homeless living with friends as I finished my high school diploma. I have not been able to pay anyone for living at their home. I have started community college full time, two of my classes are not college accredited as I was educationally deprive and have to catch up to take Eng. 101 and college math. I spend more time studying than the average student as English is my second language. I work 8 hours a week at a clothing store. I just started caring for a 90 year old lady, more than 20 hours per week, in exchange for a place to study & sleep. DES says I need to work 20 hours a week to get food stamps. Would my caring of the 90 year old count as working even though I do not get paid?

My son lives in Texas and was arrested in AZ Monday 10/26. A bondsman is on the way with $10,000 to post bail. He is required to go to court on Tuesday, 11/3. My question is, will he have the opportunity to request a public defender on Tuesday, or is he required to have his own attorney that day.

I gave 30 days notice at my apartment on the 15th of March. Upon moving clothes out of a closet found a huge patch of mold on the wall. I do not want to stay there the remaining 15 days of the 30 day notice. Is there a way out of that place and not paying the remaining 15 days rent? I have 2 daughters with my ex, and am paying child support for them. I fell behind on child support due to medical reasons and not being able to work, and now she's holding my kids from me.
