  • Lease ends Dec. 10, 2018. I will pay in full, move out and turn over keys mid November. BUT landlord says I am still responsible for the property until Dec. 10th and is holding my security deposit hostage until that date. I don't want to be responsible for the property after I move out. What are my rights?
  • I'm 19 years old and I have full custody of my 5 year old daughter, I was planning of moving out to a different state with my boyfriend. My mother is threatening me saying she wants to take my daughter away from me, can she do that?

The managers are sending threatening notices about speeding in the park and proceed to stop and watch me drive through the park whenever they see me. I was going the posted speed limit yesterday and the manager was yelling and gesturing to me to slow down. The abuse has got to stop. We are being targeted. I am sending a complaint letter to the company that owns the park, but I would like to know my legal recourse to file an official complaint with the state housing dept.

  • I rented a mobile home on an acre. The land owner has a management company who signed the lease. collects the rent and does all the repairs. The land owner comes onto the property at will he has two storage sheds behind the house. He also owns the lot next to mine which is empty and refuses to move the storage shed on to it. I have made two complaints to the management company about the land owner about him coming onto the property with out notice. both times the land owner than has a issue with the yard. What can I do to get him to stop coming onto the property at will?

However, he had no wll or named executor so the house is in probate. Most important to me is not the house but my belongings in the house most of which is sentimental. The car I have the title to is gone. Who is it I can call? I don't know who is in control of the house. I hear it is the government but who? I worry about so many things in the home I wish I had.

  • My son just rented an apartment in a nice complex. He was supposed to move in on a Monday, when roaches were found in the apartment. They sprayed right before he was to move in, but today, four days later, there are baby roaches everywhere. They are supposed to fumigate the complex on Friday, but he's concerned. Can he break the lease if the fumigation fails to get rid of the roaches? He's put out ranch traps all week, and the baby roaches are multiplying.
