My daughter is being evaluated in preparation for a competency hearing. Her French husband filed for divorce three weeks ago. If she is declared incompetent, can the divorce proceed?

The property owner wants to charge me HOA fees for grounds maintenance. I am a tenant in an apartment complex. When questioned, they said they could do this according to Arizona General Provisions 33-1314 and 33-1314.01. I think this addresses utilities, water and separate meters, not HOA dues. I also will not have access to CC&R's, or be able to have a seat on the board or see the financials, because (in their words) I am not an owner. Can you let me know if they can in fact charge me HOA dues?

I recently went to court and got my case kicked out for the reason i sent the 5 day notice via certified mail and didn't wait 10 days to file a forcible detainer?... i waited 7 days?. the judge said it is 5 days for serving it by hand but 10 if it is done certified mail? is this right? thanks

Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. Each parent shall be entitled to one additional week of vacation with the children in each year. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. This document does not state anything about school. Which document prevails?

If you are under a deferred adjudication on domestic violence charges are you still allowed to purchase a firearm. Went to court was put on a "deferred sentencing" which stated charges would be dropped after I completed program. Was never told to relinquish my current firearms and was never told that I could not purchase any. Just curious of your thoughts. Thanks You
