I know my building managers,are retaliating against me.i have been heare for 4 years,this is the first time manager told me that I don't have to sign my lease,I ask to sign my lease,she said no ,no need to cause I have singed the ttp rent calculation for the year 2017,is this legal,please help ,I don't know what to do,I don't think this is legal.i have done nothing wrong/elegal.thanks inavance for your advice.

Ny childs father's name is not on the birth certificate, can he still file for custody

My boyfriend got arrested a few days ago in Phoenix for a supposed probation violation when he wasn't even on probation in the first place. The city of Scottsdale put a hold on him for an unpaid warrant from years ago for underage drinking and driving under the influence. The Phoenix jail said if I paid a bond of $50 dollars the charge of probation violation would be taken care of and then the city of Scottsdale would have 72 hours to pick him up or he'd be released. When I sent his mother to pay the $50 dollar bond they told her there was no $50 dollar bond and that the bond was $2,550 but that is what he owes the city of Scottsdale and they still haven't picked him up. Now they are telling him he is going to court AGAIN for the Phoenix charge and then after that they'll transfer him to Scottsdale to wait to go to court for those charges. I don't have a job or $2,550 dollars or anything worth nearly that much. I'm afraid he's going to end up being in jail PAST MY SCHEDULED C-SECTION. I'm due in 37 days. Any advice? Please help,.

I signed a year lease starting in 2-1-12. In December of 2012. The landlord asked if I would like a new lease. I verbally agreed to 6 months. He said he would email me the new lease. He hasn't yet and I am second guessing staying. My lease is over at the end of Feb. Can I still give 30 days if no new lease has been signed yet?

How do I find a record of payments made to me through Clearinghouse, my ex-husband stopped paying for 6 months because he changed jobs and says Clearinghouse screwed up the info. He has arreages of $1800.00 for those 6 months. He has been current since he finally set it up with Clearinghouse, but I need to show where he didn't pay. I informed my landlord that there were several things that needed to be fixed (the dishwasher and the toilet) She never responded to my requests. I waited several days. I then informed her that I would have these items fixed and that I would provide her with receipts of the work done and deduct it from my rent. Again, she did not respond. Now she is seeking late fees for the amount that I deducted from my rent. In addition, the roof has leaked for the last year and after numerous requests has not been fixed to my knowledge. Can she do this and can I break m y Lease?

I am a married man with a 4 year old daughter. Two years ago my wife and I were temp seperated. I had a one nite stand with a woman who told me she couldn't get pregnant. Two years later I get paternity papers and am orderd to pay $900 a month in child support current with $25 rearage included. That leaves me Just $1100 a month to take care of my wife and daughter. The deduction for her is more than my daughter in my marriage. Do I have any avenues for getting this modified at all?
