  • So my vehicle was towed in a free parking spot in my townhome complex. I know that within our HOA rules my vehicle was parked for a period of time so they had the right to tow it. One issue that we have is that there are not enough parking in our complex at all. It is a complaint all residents have. They have made parking available as if there are only families with one car per unit living in the complex, when there are residents that are renting the a unit and may have up to 4 cars per unit. I was wondering if there is a law that mandates a certain amount of parking for a complex?
  • I live in a townhouse with neighbors that are renters and the landlord resides in Rhode Island. I have issues with the tenants and have addressed with the landlord who does not address and has left a strained relations between both of us. I have asked the HOA for assistance but not sure if they will or can. What are my options to resolve?

  • My 22 year old daughter was arrested along with her boyfriend. They have a 2 year old child together. They were aressted for battery in the 3rd degree. My daughter spent 5 days in jail & the boyfriend spent 38 days in jail. With them being arrested, my grandchild how no where to go but with me. She is still with me & I don't know where the parents are. I have talked to my daughter a couple of times sense april. I asked her to give custody to me sense she Iis homeless & can not take care of her child. She refused. She did sign a notery so I could be able to take my grandaughter to the doctor
  • My fiance and i were in an argument and i called the cops because she pushed me several times. it was a big mistake and i wished i never called them. They came and arrested her. Now she is out and she cannot come home or call me. we have 3 kids together and are torn apart now. Is there anything we can do to get passed this huge mistake? Her trial is a month from now.
  • I was never married to my sons biological father who happens to be an illegal immigrant. Paternity and child support have been established by the court and I have sole legal custody. The Order states that father is not to pick up child from daycare. How do I enforce this?
  • I called my auto insurance company to have a company replace my window in my auto the glass installer damaged my car. My insurance company said it was not one of their authorized dealers so they can help me. I want to take the glass company to small claims court to see if i can get resolution for the cost of the damages the paper work ask if this is a contract or tort. I did not sign a contract with the glass company so I'm confused as to what to use for the type of claim on the paper work.
  • we have been in our lease for 12 months. In our initial lease it stated that the owner was to replace water heater and repair roof leak. We are about to renew and he still has not completed the repairs. The kitchen ceiling is coming down and he says it's our responsibility to repair. I stated that the root leak caused all of the damage and that the repairs are part of the roof leak. He has not repaired the roof and we are 12 months into the lease. What can I do to force him to repair or simply breach of contract for repairs.
  • In 07-09-2012 my home was foreclosed and sold. because of lost job and bad health, I could not make payments. I had a 80/20 loan. I have read info on the Anti- Deficiency (ARS 33-814). My question is do I owe on the 20 percent lone? I have not heard from that lender?
  • we were approved for a car loan by a local bank. Explained that the vehicle was in our home state and that we knew the owner. Personal banker explained this on the phone. And then the bank changed its mind and said to buy a vehicle in Az. Needless to say as seniors with good credit we were very upset. Filed a complaint withCFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). Told we could hire an attorney but am finding difficulty. Don't know what kind of attorney or if we have a case.
