QUESTIONS

  • Asked to surrender and have my photo ID withheld from me during a routine inspection of a unit for possible rental. First told was for safety reasons then told "was AZ law". Since it is not the law (?)- was this an attempt to swipe all information from DL without my permission while I was looking at the rental unit or was this an deliberate act of discrimination?
  • I was notified today that my property management company is no longer under contract with the owners due to a death of the main owner. What are my rights as far as if I just move out or how long do I have until locks are changed?

My ceiling is caving in and the mold in my bathroom is visible . The manager is NEVER in the office and I don’t know how to get them to repair it. My rent and utilities continue to be paid in full each month some help please
  • I have been taking care of my 2 children without their mothers help for about 2 years now. She hasnt seen them for almost a year and hasnt even trid to contact them for 6 months now. How do i go about getting full custody of them so she has no rights. She has disappeared off the map and i have no way of contacting her.

I have submitter in writing using the managements website form asking for the lights to be turned on earlier due to it being a safety and security issue. I received a response 2 months later saying the request was complicated. However nothing was changed. This week I tripped in the dark and broke the screen on my cell phone. Can I get the repair costs paid for by the management company either by working with them or through small claims court?
