I was born in CA and started using my step-father's last name at approx. 8 years old. I never legally changed my last name but my military records, ssn, etc. all use my step-father's last name which I've used throughout my life. I'm now a resident of AZ. Can I legally change my name here to the name I'm already using for all forms of ID/records? I just want to ensure my birth cert matches all my other forms of ID. Thanks

My lease ended on a Sunday. I contacted landlord on Monday to set up walk-through. I was told I needed to return the keys prior to scheduling a walk-though. I returned the keys on Tues. Now Landlord is charging me 2 days additional rent for not returning the keys. Is he allowed to do this?

I have lived /owed my condo for 13 years and yes, it's a HOA issue. My HOA has had judgements and liens against several units, both owned by past directors. A new board member purchased them at very awesome price, no one else knew they were for sale, no notice. The " Management Company " said that even though the HOA put those liens/judgements in place, it's still up to the previous to pay back the HOA. Please , please HELP me understand this issue and many others associated with this board. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
