Can a tentant rule out only one parking lot per unit? My tent recently made a us parking out cars inside. Saying only one car is allowed outside. Shes mading up all these new rules the other tents are too scared to do anything.I have had another incident where part or our light stop working inside the trailer.And she dont fix it saying it our responsibility. My 21 unit apartment complex with new owner and management now want to charge utility charges for trash/sewer/water but there are only one main meter and no individual meter on each unit. The water usage is community pool and landscape. Can we be charged separately for usage without a meter attached to my unit?

Over the past few months my apartment has been having serious plumbing issues. I have sewage coming up into my tub and when it is really backed up I cannot even flush the toilet. I am also unable to use my washer or shower due to the backup. My landlord who rents two apartments is taking his time handling the problem and refuses to use professionals to make the repairs and refuses to rent us a hotel. I read that the next step is to call the health department. Would that only make the problem worse. Is my landlord able to evict me in retaliation. My lease is good up to January.

I would like to know why it is that my income does not count towards my stepchildren when it comes to medical? My husband is currently not working due to he has hemodialysis 3 times a week so I am the primary wage earner in the home. Because my income does not count towards them we are over income for AHCCCS for me & my husband. We had AHCCCS but now don't qualify for TMA & his copays are expensive through my insurance from work.

I am considering remarriage. I am a widow & receive widows SS benefits. I also work full time, own my own home(mortgage on it) vehicle(no lien) savings. I just found out my fiancee(age 64) has not paid income taxes since the 1970's(Tea Party does not believe in paying) the IRS has seized his SS benefit. He has no savings & little income(electrician works for himself). Says he plans on filing a lawsuit against the IRS for his SS. How would this situation affect me if we were to marry? He can also take his union retirement anytime, would the IRS sieze this also? Can they lien any of my SS benefits and/or put lien on my house if we were to marry? I feel they could, he says no that if we did a prenuptial agreement, would be fine. I disagree, the IRS could care less about it. I am not going to marry him regardless but would like to be better informed. Thank you
