My former employer is verbally abusive on a daily basis and creates an extremely hostile workplace. After tolerating this for 6 months, I finally gave him my 2 week notice. He proceeded to say 'No, I'll end this right here' asked me for my key and walked me out. I then filed for unemployment, which has since been denied. I'm sure he said I quit, which is not the case. This person also made advances to my 16 ear old daughter when she was at work with me over the summer. Do I have a claim? I'm having a hard time getting a response from local attorney's.

Do we have the right to tell the Landlord not to let anyone come in without our permission cause they walk in when i shower or standing in kitchen with my boxers on, or sleeping... they got no right to come in without calling or texting me if i am home or not. I have joint legal and physical custody of my daughter (12). The access schedule we agreed to equals exactly 50/50 physical custody. Because of my work schedule (2:30-11:00pm M-F), my current wife and family members pick my daughter up from school and care for her in the evenings during the week. I was involved in a very minor collision resulting in minimal vehicle damage & no bodily harm. Accident occurred on a private parking lot which cops would not respond to so there is no reports or documentation of either parties accounts an recollection leading up to accident. Insurance information was exchanged and both parties drove away upon learning no police report would be taken. Months following were an unstable time for me and incident slipped my mind. Until this week even I received a collection letter which to the best of my knowledge is a subrogation notice. With my brief research on this, it's my understanding that I've been deemed at fault. And the insurer of other party has issued a payment covering their damage. Which they are now seeking reimbursement through me. Can I dispute or appeal an how is this done? I firmly believe that the fault is that of the other driver or at least not solely of my own, based on design and layout of parkway's as well as location of impact and damage indicated on both vehicles.

My Grandson and his parents went to California to visit other Grandparents. Both his parents decided to go to rehab. Grandpa filed for guardianship. Mom left rehab after a week and moved in with a friend and continued to use. Dad stayed in rehab for 60 days and came back to Arizona to get a job and a place to live for him and his son. Now he wants to bring his son home. Mom and Dad are not married , Dad is not on Birth Cert, But child does have Dads last name. He has been in California for a total of 6 months. I have had my grand daughter since september 2015 and now her mom is wanting her back in June, how do I go about getting guardianship of my grand daughter, my daughter does not live in this state and at the moment she is living with friends, she also has 4 other kids who are constantly being taken out of school and moved around at the moment none of the kids are in school, I really don't want to send her back, she is autistic with other disabilities and is doing good here although we have our moments and she is in counseling, I don't even know if I even have a chance to gain guardianship.
